1.) Supernatural Citizens are to protect and keep humans out of harm's way.

2.) Anyone found abusing a human will be reprimanded to The Order for Judgement.

3.) Humans are to stay within the designated areas of the city limits.

4.) Humans caught Traveling Outside without a legal pass or a guardian will be detained and processed to one of the city's safe havens.

5.) Humans will have a guardian or supernatural issued to them should they wish to travel outside of the city limits.

6.)Some humans live with guardians as workers, friends, acquaintance and for general other purposes.

7.) Any crime is to be reported to The Order, Anyone caught in aiding and assisting a crime will be prosecuted to  the full extent of the law.
